Ordered for 16 people on a hen weekend, great service from order to helping carry it out to the car. Chips are crispy and delicious and everyone loved their chippy tea. Would definitely recommend and will be going back!!

I have just ordered myself some fresh fish and chips. I come here regularly and have family in Mangotsfield. This is without a doubt the best fish and chip shop around. Great quality food perfectly cooked with a nice friendly atmosphere. The premises is clean and tidy. It’s no wonder this place is always so busy at teatime. It’s well worth travelling to from where wherever you are coming from.

I was able to park outside today and bought fish and chips. The chips were very good and the fish superb. I wish Bruce’s was closer to my home in Coalpit Heath.

Really good fish and chips with with a lovely atmosphere. The staff were really friendly and the portions were generous. I still had leftovers with a regular size and it still tasted so good the next day. Definitely go here for your next fish and chips order!!

Well, what can I say? Fish was cooked beautifully, notepads of batter just right. Best chips I had from a chip shop in ages, nice and crisp 👌, My little one had chicken bites cooked lovely. Highly recommend

We went as a group of Explorer Scouts and sampled chips from several local chip shops. Bruce’s Fish Bar was unanimously voted the best. The staff were kind and friendly and the chips were absolutely amazing. We would absolutely recommend it here; it is the best chip shop in the area!
